Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in restoration or construction
- Strong understanding of restoration practices, construction processes, safety standards, and building codes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accountability for quality, schedule, and margin
- Skilled communicator with advanced problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading other project managers or supervisors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mobile applications
- Xactimate Level 1 & 2 (Level 3 certification an asset)
- IICRC certifications in WRT, FSRT, and OCT required; AMRT and ASD considered asset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
- Must be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
