Responsibilities
- Compile and manage field data, reports, timesheets, and materials
- Maintain accurate job files and update company systems
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on invoicing and project details
- Audit paperwork, reconcile costs, and prepare client invoices
- Handle A/R tasks, including collections, check coding, and credit memos
- Assign team losses and manage 2nd-tier escalations
- Conduct file audits to ensure compliance
- 3 or more years in Project administration in the restoration/construction industry
- 1 or more years of experience with time/material software
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Ability to travel, preferred
