Job Summary
The Client Care Agent is responsible for the inception and satisfaction of client deposit relationships both commercial and consumer. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of opening and maintaining client deposit accounts, maintaining compliance with banking regulations, providing excellent customer service, representing the bank in a positive, welcoming, and helpful disposition and develop financial solutions to solve minor account problems and general inquires.
Essential Duties
- Provide a welcoming and warm atmosphere for clients by greeting every person that walks in.
- Responsible for a variety of services including, but not limited to opening accounts, closing accounts, opening and renewing certificate of deposit accounts.
- Provides direct support to resolve customer inquiries and complaints timely.
- Provide a prompt and courteous phone etiquette and service resolution environment.
- Process client requests for enrollment and maintenance of digital banking tools (Online Banking Access, Cash management Access, Debit Card, Bill Pay).
- Assist in setting up and maintaining Bank Merchant Services Portfolio.
- Educating customers on Account Security Awareness
- Process client requests for Wire origination.
- Assess risk associated with the Bank’s deposit and operations function.
- Assure the adherence of bank policy, procedures, regulation in department.
- Promote, explain, and educate banking products services and digital banking tools.
- Build long term relationships with clients and co-workers.
- Identify opportunities to refer customers to other banking services such as loans savings accounts
- Able to complete transactions in a timely and accurate manner, including post work completion.
- Other duties as assigned
Complies with all State and Federal Banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: BSA, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC, CIP, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and privacy requirements. This position will elevate suspicious activity to supervisory staff and/or BSA department. Completes compliance and other technical training workshops as assigned.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
