About the Role:

The Direct Care Worker (DCW) plays a crucial role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals with varying needs, ensuring their safety and well-being. This position involves assisting clients with daily living activities, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life. The DCW will work closely with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual's requirements. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification as a Home Health Aide or similar credential.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses.
• Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients in daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor and document clients' health and behavior, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
