We are seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to assist our Investment Officers with providing exceptional service to the clients of our First Point Wealth Management services. The Investment Operations Specialist will focus on providing investment services including:
- Developing and implementing asset allocation strategies
- Executing trades
- Analyzing investments
- Monitoring holdings
- Processing asset transfers
- Assisting with client correspondence
- Preparing reports for client and prospect meetings.
Requirements:
- Qualification as a registered representative (General Securities Representative, Series 7) or able to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred.
- Strong basic math and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adhere to company, industry, ethical, and regulatory standards and requirements.
