* Provide prompt, efficient and friendly service to all customers
* Explore customer financial needs to recommend services and products
* Conduct business development visits to promote the bank s services and products
* Assist customers with banking/financial needs
* Remain knowledgeable about products, fees, policies and current offers to assist customers with product suggestions
* Cash handling and adherence to proper balancing procedures
* Accountable for the achievement of monthly targets as assigned
* Operate the cash vault according to established policy and procedures
* Balance the ATM and coin machine
* Assist customers through the commercial teller window
* Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
* At least 18 years of age
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English
* 3-6 Months experience working in a customer service environment preferred
* 3-6 Months experience handling and balancing large sums of money preferred
* Strong desire and ability to build long term customer relationships through passion, commitment, listening and understanding.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
