What You’ll Learn & Do
As a Teller, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our customers see. You’ll gain hands-on experience while learning how a local community bank operates. You’ll:
- Greet customers and help them with everyday transactions
- Handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately
- Learn cash-handling and money management skills
- Answer questions and connect customers with the right team members
- Be part of a supportive, team-oriented work environment
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
- Enjoy working with people and helping others
- Are reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Feel comfortable with basic math and handling cash
- Have a positive attitude and show up ready to help
- Are available after school (3–5:30 pm) and not more than 3 Saturdays monthly (9 am–Noon)
Retail or cash-handling experience is a plus—but not required.
Hours & Scheduling
- 10–15 hours per week
- Typically, 3 afternoons per week after school
- Not more than 3 Saturdays monthly from 9:00 am–Noon
- Youth Apprenticeships and work-release students welcome
