- Perform routine banking transactions, including cashing checks, accepting deposits and loan payments, and processing withdrawals, in accordance with established policies and timeframes
- Assess customer needs and confidently recommend appropriate bank products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable service
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Manage risk by verifying identification, identifying suspicious activity, and preventing fraudulent transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly and effectively
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with electronic devices such as cash drawers, receipt printers, and money counters
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a wide variety of customers
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
