About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Manager to oversee custom millwork and cabinetry projects from award through installation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-end residential and commercial projects, coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, production teams, and installers to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple custom millwork and cabinetry projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, shop drawings, material procurement, production, and installation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, architects, and designers.
- Conduct site visits and attend project meetings.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Review contracts, specifications, change orders, and project documentation.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing and installation teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in custom millwork, cabinetry and woodworking.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction processes.
- Experience working with luxury residential.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe, Blue Beam construction documentation, transmittals and submittals to AIA standards.
- Ability to travel throughout the South Florida market (Martin County to Miami).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
