Part-Time Universal Banker I

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker I to join our team in Arcola, IL. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your banking skills while providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Universal Banker I, you will assist customers with their financial needs, promote bank products and services, and support daily branch operations.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking specialists.
• Promote and educate customers on bank products and services to help meet their financial goals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Support branch operations including cash handling and balancing.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous customer service or banking experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to security procedures.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Availability to work evenings and weekends may be required.
