What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher's Aide position at First Methodist Kindergarten - El Dorado?
The teacher's aide will assist the teacher in all areas of the classroom. They will assist with teaching, diaper changing, meal prep, etc.
The ideal candidate will:
-Be at least 18yrs of age
-Have HS Diploma or GED
-Previous childcare experience required
-Be willing and available to work until 5:30pm everyday
-Have your own dependable transportation
-Able to pass a criminal background check AND a child maltreatment background check
-Ideal candidate should be in good health and able to do physically demanding work
-CPR/First Aid Certification required (can complete after hire)
-Professional Development training required (to be done after hire)
-Must have genuine interest and desire to work with small children

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
