What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Support Analyst position at First Merchants Brand?
First Merchants Bank is seeking a Site Support Analyst to join our team! This position will provide onsite technical support for banking centers and offices across First Merchant Bank’s footprint. Each Site Support Analyst has an assigned area of First Merchant Bank’s footprint to support along with providing backup support in other areas as needed.
As part of this role you will:
- Primary onsite technical support for installation and troubleshooting of technology equipment. This includes, but is not limited to: Computers and peripherals, phones, conference room equipment, printers, network equipment, AdQue devices, and Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) devices.
- Coordinate with vendors to assist with technical needs as they arise.
- Assist other technology teams with onsite support as needed.
- Manage trouble tickets – these can include, but are not limited to, password unlocks/resets, local installations of software, troubleshooting phone issues, operating system issues, conference room technology issues, etc.
- Manage equipment requests – will be responsible for maintaining the stock levels of equipment on-site (PCs, Phones, Monitors, etc.) as well as fulfilling equipment requests (sending equipment, tracking equipment, requesting backfill equipment from Procurement).
- Configuration and administration of applications that are used to manage Information Technology (IT) assets as needed.
- Work with departments on remodeling projects in the assigned region.
- Assist with technology needs in all site openings and closures.
- Assist with all onsite technology needs in Merger and Acquisitions.
- Provide technical support to the Executive Management Team.
- Assist with obsolescence management of IT assets.
To be successful in this position, we require the following:
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• One (1) or more years in the information technology field, including experience with hardware, software, and Operating System troubleshooting.
The following would be a plus:
• Associate degree.
• Technology certifications (A , Net , MCP, CCNA).
• Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in the information technology field.
