We currently operate 18 locations across Maryland, all in well-connected communities near three major airports. We are actively hiring Internal Medicine and Family Physicians to join our team.
At First Medical Associates, you’ll see no more than 2.5 patients per hour, and with 99% of patients scheduled in advance, your days will be smooth and predictable. There are no procedures (no splinting, casting, or suturing), and you’ll never take call. Just enjoy the practice of medicine in a supportive environment designed for physicians.

Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Maryland license (or in progress—we’ll wait)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
