We are seeking a passionate and faithful leader to serve as our Youth Ministry Leader, someone who will nurture, support, and grow our vibrant youth ministries. This role centers on fostering meaningful relationships through education, fellowship, service opportunities, and spiritual growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding and inspiring youth through key programs such as Sunday School, First Communion, the ELCA Youth Gathering, and local outreach events
- Partnering closely with our Pastor and a strong, committed volunteer team
- Actively participating in church life and engaging with the local community to deepen connections with young people
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and compassionate leader with prior experience in youth ministry and a degree in a related field. A theological perspective aligned with our mission and values is essential.
