FirstLight Home Health Care provide clinicians with a manageable patient caseload, one to one in home health setting which allows them the time needed to ensure quality patient care, outcomes and good work-life balance. A welcome relief from more stressful multiple patients care in a facility environment.
FirstLight is seeking RNs to implement patient-centered geriatric care delivery; Strong communication, collaboration with team, patient families and critical thinking skills are imperative. RNs must be comfortable and proficient with electronic medical record documentation. Experience with Axxess software would be helpful. At least two years of hospital, SNF, hospice or home health experience in acute care. Candidates have flexible work days options in daily assignments and have the ability to travel to visit patients in their home setting, focused goal on culture of quality care, patient satisfaction, compliance, self-initiatives and positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
