Job Description:
The Player Development Representative is responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging experience for all casino guests by assisting with player card issuance, enrolling new members into the loyalty program, and supporting promotional and marketing efforts throughout the property. This position plays a key role in maintaining positive guest relationships and representing the First Light Casino brand on the gaming floor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with player card sign-ups, replacements, and account inquiries.
- Actively canvass the gaming floor to engage guests and encourage loyalty program enrollment.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain current knowledge of all casino promotions, giveaways, and events, assisting guests in understanding and participating in them.
- Support marketing and player development activities, including kiosk promotions, drawings, and special events.
- Handle player data and promotional entries accurately and securely in accordance with casino policies.
- Maintain an upbeat, professional presence on the gaming floor to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly or referring them to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors and marketing staff to ensure smooth execution of floor-level engagement.

Job Requirements Physical and Mental:
Able to stand and walk the property for the entire shift. Ability to listen to customer concerns and make reasonable decisions based on company policies and procedures. Able to analyze situations and handle in a calm and rationale manner. Keep a flexible work schedule. Present oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times. Work in a fast-paced, high volume, noisy environment with multiple distractions.
Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum two (2) years of similar customer service experience. Must have excellent PC, communication and delegation skills. Bilingual a plus. Must be a team player. Must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Gaming regulations.
