Position Summary:
The eFiling Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely submission of legal documents through the Court’s eFiling Portal. This position is responsible for reviewing client-provided materials, preparing them in accordance with court requirements, and managing the electronic filing process. The specialist serves as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates on filing status, confirmed copies, and addressing any rejections. Additionally, the role involves responding to inquiries via phone and email, offering guidance on the eFiling process, and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
- Review documents from Clients and electronically prepare them as required by the Court.
- Submit filings through the Court’s eFiling Portal timely and correct per the Court’s requirement.
- Provide clients with status updates, confirmed copies, and rejection information.
- Answer calls and emails regarding general questions about the eFiling process or specific job
- Provide excellent Customer Service internally and externally with coworkers and Clients alike.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to multi-task and highly organized
- Comprehension and ability to execute specific instruction.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF programs.
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively with Clients and peers via phone or email.
- Proficient in navigating the internet and multiple browser tabs.
Schedule/Location:
- Remote - AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, MI, NV, NY, PA, TX, UT, WA, WV
- Schedule - Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm
