What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Banking Specialist position at First Keystone Community Bank?
First Keystone Community Bank is looking to add a new positive team player to our Digital Banking staff! Come join a friendly, customer service-oriented team with a proud tradition of serving our local communities!
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to following;
- Receiving, verifying, and processing payroll and ACH files.
- Provide telephone assistance to customers for online banking and bill pay services.
- Review documents received through imaging programs such as Merchant Capture.
Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with PC skills.
This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
