Full-time Maintenance Associate (2nd Shift) - Legacy Village
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the property and common area fixtures
- Assist with snow removal and de-icing in winter
- Perform other maintenance duties such as power washing, light painting, and inspections as needed
- Support event setup and teardown
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service while on-site

Part-time Maintenance Associate - Oakwood Commons
- Coordinate with sweeper truck drivers
- General maintenance, trash removal, and use of backpack blower
- Ensure property remains clean and inviting throughout your shift
- Vacation and sick time included
