First International Bank and Trust is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator, to serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on expert for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud. Youll drive platform innovation, ensure data integrity, and empower cross-functional teams with scalable solutions that support long-term growth.
Compensation --- $95,000 - $135,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead administration and optimization of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Service Cloud.
- Drive platform enhancements, upgrades, and feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and maintain the Salesforce roadmap.
- Design scalable solutions aligned with banking systems and digital products.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain Salesforce as the Single Source of Truth (SSoT).
- Support agile project planning and participate in sprint ceremonies.
- Promote adoption through training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and reports.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features to enhance user experience.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in banking, marketing, or computer science preferred.
- 5 years of Salesforce CRM experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Admin or other certifications preferred.
- Experience with data tools (DemandTools, Data Loader) and third-party integrations (Appexchange, Mulesoft).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, data architecture, and system integrations.
- Strong strategic thinking, technical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Agile project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
