Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable integrations across banking platforms using APIs, SSO, middleware, and data feeds.
- Leverage your Salesforce expertise (Sales, Service, or Financial Services Cloud) to support CRM-driven workflows and digital banking enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, development, UX—to deliver customer-centric digital solutions.
- Document integration architecture, data flows, training materials, and troubleshooting guides.
- Train internal teams on new digital features and system connections.
- Support QA efforts and ensure integrations meet business goals and technical standards.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues across Salesforce and digital platforms.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements.
- Manage DevOps strategy including environment management, CI/CD pipelines, and release coordination.
- Ensure all integrations comply with internal security policies and external regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or technology; 3-5 years related experience in banking or digital banking, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 3 years of Salesforce solution design experience (Sales/Service/Financial Services Cloud).
- Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect credential.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, integration architecture, and security/sharing models.
- Experience with digital banking platforms (Alkami preferred).
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, SSO, middleware, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to train internal teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
