Job Description
Our office is looking for a licensed Customer Service Agent, experienced in account management and customer service for various Commercial Lines and Personal Lines products. We are also open to considering those not yet licensed and prepared to succeed in the licensing process. Prime candidates should be organized, conscientious, confident and outgoing, with excellent communication skills. Our Agency culture encourages our associates to develop valued relationships with our customers and always strive to exceed their expectations of professionalism and service. First Insurance Group utilizes the AMS360 management system, Zywave Broker Briefcase, and Agency Revolution products.
This is a full-time position, and compensation will be adjusted based on experience and training with our various insurance technology platforms.

Responsibilities
- Works with Producers on Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Accounts
- Customer interaction via phone and email
- Following daily activities in AMS360
- Following expiration list

- P & C license preferred but not required
