Licensed by the state, we serve children from infancy through early elementary years, fostering social, emotional, and academic growth in a warm, supportive environment.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Assistant Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will support lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons and creating a safe, inclusive classroom environment. Your energy and dedication will help inspire young learners and contribute to their development across various domains including literacy, math, social skills, and emotional well-being.
- Assist in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for early childhood education.
- Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and fostering respectful interactions among children.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote literacy, math skills, and social development.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Collaborate with lead teachers to observe and document each child's progress and needs.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Support children with special needs or those with disabilities by adapting activities as needed.
- Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early learning standards.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to assist in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored to diverse learners.
- Experience with classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and engagement.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
