The Role
This role is for someone who enjoys working independently and seeing clear results at the end of the day. You’ll be trained to operate professional commercial cleaning equipment and work on-site at municipal, industrial, and office locations. If you’re reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating professional commercial cleaning equipment (training provided)
- Carpet cleaning and assisting with tile, grout, and hard floor work
- Working independently at job sites once trained
- Using a smartphone for clocking in/out and team communication
- Communicating clearly with the team about job status and needs
- Maintaining equipment and reporting issues
- Representing the company professionally in public and municipal spaces
- Using professional equipment such as TASKI Procarpet and Kaivac systems
- Some janitorial work may be available for the right person

- Extremely reliable and punctual — non-negotiable
- Comfortable working independently without supervision
- Willing to learn equipment and follow established processes
- Takes pride in quality work
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is awesome, but not required
- Positive mindset and strong work ethic

Technology, Driving & Requirements
- Comfortable using a smartphone (apps for timekeeping and communication)
- Ability to drive a company van is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for drivers
- Drug testing may be required for driving or certain job sites
- Employees must be fit for duty and not impaired while working
- Background check required due to municipal work
