Location: On site in Charlotte, NC (4064 Colony Road, Charlotte, NC 28210)
Summary
The Senior Technical Analyst will provide production support to include system user support, monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, enhancing and providing advanced business partner support for the existing network and desktop environment; serve as point-of-contact across several areas or disciplines to solve major systems outages with high impact or visibility. 40 hours per week. Role requires up to 10% domestic travel as needed..
Requires Qualification Include:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
- 6 years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
- 6 years of experience with solution architecture skills/understanding systems integration design
- 6 years of experience with technical application support and troubleshooting skills
- 6 years of experience with project lifecycle skills (SDLC, waterfall, Agile)
- 6 years of experience with technical analysis skills (analyze requirements and translate into technical solutions)
- 3 years of experience with network monitoring skills (including tools such as Dynatrace).
