Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring quick retrieval of documents and records.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, including spreadsheets and documents.
- Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events seamlessly.
- Provide excellent customer support through prompt responses to inquiries, whether in person or via phone or email.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Skilled with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Confident managing social media posts and basic online content
Excellent with customer service and communication
Dependable, punctual, and great at following instructions
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
