- Assist customers with product demos, upselling relevant items to enhance their shopping experience and increase sales.
- Maintain organized merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, replenishing shelves, and participating in stock counts.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
- Support team members with basic retail math calculations for transactions and sales reports as needed.
Qualifications
