What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Loan Closer position at First Heritage Mortgage Services?

Responsibilities Include:
- Formulating applications into the final closing package
- Follow-up on documents after closing
- Preparing the closed loan for shipment to the servicer/investor/government agencies
- Verify and input all accurate closing data
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of closing experience.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of TRID guidelines.
- Must be available to work in office (Trevose, PA)
- Must have extensive knowledge of real estate and regulations, appraisal guidelines and financial statements.
