First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an engaging and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our team at the Waikoloa Branch.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm; rotational Saturday's 8:30am - 1:30pm (hours may vary)
Compensation:
The salary range for the role is: $60,000 - $115,000/yr; commensurate with experience

The Branch Manager is responsible for hiring and developing staff, setting clear expectations, and coaching performance to achieve sales and service goals. The role manages daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements, and represents the bank in the community by fostering trust, accountability, and long-term relationships.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred
- Three years proven experience in retail sales or financial services, with demonstrated success in customer service, operations, and sales leadership, including but not limited to:
- Proven ability to lead goal setting, coach teams for performance, and drive business development
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM platforms to manage service delivery, sales pipelines and customer engagement strategies
- Must possess a current driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Must be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) within 60 days of hire
- Demonstrated baseline proficiency in the following skills required:
- Leadership and People development: Ability to lead and coach teams, set expectations and provide feedback
- Sales and Business Development: Ability to plan and manage sales activities, monitor pipelines, and support business growth
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form
- Customer Experience: Ability to apply regulatory standards, maintain controls, and support compliance
- Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets and review financial information to support decisions
- Technical Skills: Ability to use CRM and digital platforms to support team and customer needs
Salary : $60,000 - $115,000
