Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation
The pay range for the role is $102,000 - $165,000/yr; commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
In this key role, the VP & Branch Regional Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing a large regional branch network across Hawaii, driving performance in loans, deposits, and revenue growth while strengthening customer relationships and expanding market presence. Provides strategic direction, coaching, and operational oversight to ensure effective team development, financial planning, and achievement of business objectives

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience.
- Must be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & registry (NMLS).
- 7-10 years of experience in banking industry with supervisory experience, consumer lending and small business.
- Frequent contact with Bank personnel at all levels.
- Frequent contact with Bank customers, prospects, community leaders, and centers of influence.
- Ability to inform, promote, and cross-sell to customers of the value of our products and services.
- Ability to make business and lending decisions using prudent judgement withing FHB policy and procedures.
- Working knowledge of Bank products and services, including consumer, business and wealth.
- Must possess excellent leadership, managerial and administrative qualities.
- Ability to use sound judgement regarding confidential information.
- Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Salary : $102,000 - $165,000
