First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Business System Support Analyst Officer to join our Digital Banking & Services Division. As a Business System Support Analyst Officer, you are responsible for acting as the primary liaison supporting the day-to-day operations, high severity issues, and production analytics of the Digital Banking Systems which include but not limited to Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Online Account Opening. This includes application support, release management, testing, implementation, issue tracking, and maintenance of existing, new or enhanced computerized systems and business processes. This position will also lead any system configuration projects and will ensure a smooth transition of new functionality/services implemented to the operational support area.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Work hours may vary)
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role is $81,000 - $95,000/yr; commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
5-7 years professional level experience in applications support or related banking experience required.
1-2 years Customer Service Experience, e.g. Help Desk, Call Center or other related troubleshooting experience required.
Experience requirements can be gained concurrently.
Business Analyst certification from a reputable organization (e.g. IIBA) preferred.
5 years Business Analyst experience supporting client server or SAAS applications preferred.
Knowledge of client server or SAAS applications.
Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and team building skills and manage conflict.
Skill in understanding and focusing on the business unit needs, establishing credibility and building relationships with business units.
Ability to plan, organize and budget.
Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
