As a partner of Verizon, our team supports customer-focused programs by helping connect customers with information about Verizon’s products and services. We’re looking for a Verizon Business Associate to join our team at First Harvest Sales Group in a full-time, entry-level role. This position is designed for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to gain hands-on experience in customer relations, and is looking for an opportunity to learn and grow as part of a team.
Verizon Business Associates work directly with customers through face-to-face outreach, introducing Verizon products and services, identifying customer needs, and helping connect them with the right solutions. You’ll engage with customers throughout the sales process, answer questions, explain available options, and support new customer acquisition. Hands-on training and ongoing guidance are provided, so previous industry experience is not required.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers directly and provide clear, professional support
- Introduce Verizon products, services, and current offerings
- Answer questions and provide clear product information throughout the sales cycle
- Assist with customer enrollment and service-related requests while helping customers identify options that fit their needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily activity
- Participate in team meetings, client discussions, and ongoing training
- Work with the sales team toward individual and team performance goals

Training & Development
Our structured training and ongoing support will introduce you to our products, sales process, and customer engagement approach. You’ll work closely with our experienced sales team, learning the ropes and building confidence in a professional, customer-facing environment.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,200.00 per month
