Job Overview

As a Personal Banker, you will assist customers with their banking needs, promote financial products, and ensure a secure banking environment through effective fraud prevention and detection practices.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
- Conduct financial sales by promoting various banking products and services, including loans, accounts, and investment options.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with cash management policies.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate records of debits and credits in customer accounts.
- Monitor accounts for signs of fraud and implement appropriate detection measures.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and relationship management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in financial sales or customer service within a banking or financial services environment is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in managing transactions.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention detection techniques is a plus.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in cash management practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with debits, credits, and general banking operations is essential.
