Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Post Closer located in Woodbridge, Virginia. The Post Closer will perform duties including preparing, reviewing, and processing closing documents, ensuring compliance with escrow and loan requirements, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve post-closing matters. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining thorough records for all transactions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy within established timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Escrow and Real Estate processes, with an understanding of compliance and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with Loan documentation and post-closing procedures, including resolving discrepancies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Qualia and Simplifile is a plus.
- Previous experience in a title company or real estate setting is highly desirable.
