FIRST Solutions is the proprietary strategic meetings management model offered by FIRST, which embeds specialist talent into organizations to provide Content, Creative, Digital Technology, Management & Delivery, and Data & Insights.The Associate Event Technology Manager supports the marketing and delivery of events and conferences from the initial save-the-date through post-event reporting. Responsibilities include managing attendee data in Cvent and Excel, coordinating event communications, and maintaining accurate, timely program information. This position requires a polished, technically confident professional who can operate within a high-expectation environment and provide reliable coordination support to a major Solutions account.Your Contributions Assist with managing high volume in-person, hybrid and virtual corporate eventsDiligent handling of confidential invitee data, ensuring information is consistent and accurateDevelop, oversee, and maintain attendee registration sites using Cvent (Cvent experience required)Design and distribute event communications and marketing materialsProvide team members with registration data, year over year statistics, and insight into varied elements and event analyticsCollaborate with clients and project managers to execute internal and external eventsCreate event mobile apps, including agendas, headshots, biographies, and other customized informationAssist clients with the registration processLead onsite registration procedures, including training temp staff and monitoring attendee participationTravel periodically to oversee attendee logistics and registration for offsite eventsMaintain a professional demeanor, treating everyone as a VIP clientAct as an ambassador for the FIRST brand, leading by example and displaying the company's core values (Ambition, Creativity, Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork)What We Are Looking For Please be aware that we know experience does not always look like we describe it.
