Mitigation Technician - Job Description
Base Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday – emergency calls will occur on nights and weekends
Job Responsibilities:
- Create great first impression with your customer
- Assess job size and scope – perform work as directed by Lead Technician
- Prepare work areas for the project and assist in placing needed equipment
- Complete 12-hour update forms and other production processes, as directed
- Obtain initial & daily readings – complete all necessary forms with this information
- Perform proper job cleanup
- Learn all forms and processes for a technician
- Clean Equipment
- Keep company van cleaned out & cleaned up
- Assist in maintaining organization and cleanliness of shop/garage
- Advise management of any repairs needed on equipment or vehicles
- Assist in maintaining inventory of all products & supplies
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be willing to have background check completed
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work on ladders and in small spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
Position Requirements and Necessary Skills:
We will provide all the training you need if you’re new to this industry!
Hourly Rate: ranging from $18-25/hour based on experience. Bonuses are paid for each emergency call that happens during off-hours.
