About the Role

We are seeking a highly respected and strategically minded Executive Partner to anchor our corporate expansion and build a sustainable strategic ecosystem in the Greater Boston area. In this high-visibility leadership role, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to define our regional engagement strategy, cultivate high-impact institutional alliances, and position the company as a trusted, long-term contributor to the local business and civic community.

The ideal candidate is a deeply embedded civic or business leader in Boston who possesses an intuitive understanding of the regional socioeconomic landscape. You will serve as a key institutional ambassador, strategic advisor, and co-execution partner, enabling senior leadership to navigate complex regional dynamics with cultural intelligence, localized insights, and absolute integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Ecosystem & Institutional Alliances

  • Design and execute a comprehensive regional engagement framework to establish the company as a reputable and integrated stakeholder within the Greater Boston ecosystem.
  • Develop and steward high-level institutional relationships across commerce, academia, nonprofit sectors, and relevant civic networks.
  • Identify and facilitate strategic synergies with local advisors, industry experts, and institutional decision-makers to support corporate initiatives.
  • Represent the company’s mission, values, and strategic interests in high-profile professional, community, and industry forums.
  • Spearhead regional initiatives that enhance the company's corporate reputation, brand visibility, and community goodwill.

Executive Advisory & Regional Navigation

  • Serve as the primary local thought partner and strategic advisor to the Chief Strategy Officer and the executive leadership team.
  • Brief and advise visiting executive members on local market context, regulatory nuances, and emerging regional trends.
  • Provide risk-mitigation insights and strategic counsel to help leadership navigate complex localized operational challenges.
  • Orchestrate high-level executive engagements, stakeholder roundtables, and cross-functional collaborative initiatives requiring deep regional context.
  • Formulate practical, relationship-driven solutions for strategic matters requiring sophisticated corporate diplomacy and localized judgment.

Requirements

  • 10 years of continuous professional experience within the Greater Boston area, with a distinguished track record in public affairs, corporate development, institutional relations, or strategic partnerships.
  • A professional reputation built on trust, credibility, and ethical leadership within local business and civic communities.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, build, and sustain multi-stakeholder coalitions across diverse and complex organizational environments.
  • Exceptional strategic acumen with a demonstrated capacity to leverage systemic regional insights to solve complex problems and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Masterful interpersonal, communication, and corporate diplomacy skills.
  • Absolute discretion, sound ethical judgment, and an unwavering commitment to corporate compliance and integrity.
  • Professional fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly advantageous.
