This is a full-time, hourly (non-exempt) position of approximately 40 hours per week. This position reports to the Facilities Director.
- Full-time position
- Some evenings and weekends required
- Sunday availability as needed
- Lead and support the custodial team in daily operations
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness across the campus
- Coordinate and execute room setups and resets for events and ministries
- Review schedules (Planning Center) to prepare spaces in advance
- Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure quality and readiness
- Assist with cleaning and setups as needed—leading by example
- Manage custodial supplies and equipment
- Communicate clearly with the Facilities Director and ministry teams
- Experience in custodial, facilities, or building services (2 years preferred)
- Previous leadership or team lead experience
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and ability to lead a team well
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, standing, walking throughout shift)
