Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential and Commercial Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness across various properties. This role involves performing detailed cleaning tasks after tenant turnovers, between occupancy periods, and for vacant spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are spotless, sanitized, and ready for new occupants or visitors. Responsibilities
- Clean off after tenant turnovers, ensuring properties are thoroughly prepared for new occupants.
- Perform cleaning of vacant properties between tenants, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks such as cleaning windows and refrigerators to ensure a high standard of hygiene and appearance.
- Remove trash and debris after tenants move out or during routine cleaning schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas in commercial spaces as required.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
