FirstFleet CDL-A Delaware Pay Rate:

Rate based on years of experience:
- 0-1 year = $0.585 CPM
- 1-2 years = $0.595 CPM
- 2 years = $0.605 CPM
- Any routes less than 116 miles = $0.66 CPM
Truck Driver Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience allowed if you graduated from a Roadmaster school.
- Valid CDL - A
- Good driving record
