- We are looking for college students (rising Juniors and Seniors) seeking internships for the summer of 2026 in NY.** Shawmut Design and Construction is looking for an intern to work within our Finance Team helping to support our clients. We are looking for somebody who would thrive in a fast-paced environment and wants to learn more about Corporate Finance and how we work with other departments throughout the company.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Rising Junior or Seniors preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Work closely with the Project Accountants to ensure daily tasks are complete
- Learn the systems and imaging software used including CMiC and Kofax
- Learn about the different workflows in the Finance department
- Interact with other departments such as Group Finance to ensure projects are running smoothly and vendors are paid timely when properly compliant
- Support our internal clients on Accounting needs
- Transition between departments to understand how we interact and work together
- Assist Corporate Accounting in reconciliations
