We are looking for a senior full-stack Software Engineer to load the end-to-end development cycles of secure, intelligent and user-friendly enterprise applications. The Software Engineer will analyze, design, develop, test, deploy and maintain innovative and secure software applications, algorithms, APIs and web services. Gathers software requirement from business workflow owners. Assists business end-users with applications needs. Performs software integration across domains, platforms, products and environments. Prevents, identifies and corrects software defects. Use AI assistant tools to enhance development velocity and code quality.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, MIS or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in developing enterprise-scale applications and websites.
- 3-5 years of experience of back-end programming with C# .NET.
- 3-5 years in web-based technologies with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
- 3-5 years with complex SQL queries and transactional databases.
- 1-3 years of experience in designing scalable SOAP or RESTful APIs.
- 3-5 years in UI frameworks such as Angular, jQuery, Bootstrap, React, or Vue.js
- Well versed with Agile Scrum or Agile Kanban methodology and SDLC best practices.
- Experienced with developing in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Familiar with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of both on-premise and cloud-based solution architecture.
- Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for fast and reliable software delivery.
- Understanding of secure coding techniques and HIPAA compliance.
- Familiar with common AI tools, LLMs and Azure Services.
- Familiar with customizing and enhancing WordPress-based CMS and websites.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in computer science, MIS or related fields a plus.
- Knowledge of Alegeus, Selerix or Benefits Solver.
- Knowledge of general benefit plan terminology and the K-12 market benefits.
Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearances and successfully complete a thorough background check.
