Working closely with Treasury Management Officers, Commercial Relationship Managers, and internal teams, you will help businesses improve liquidity management, streamline payment processes, and maximize the value of treasury services. What You’ll Do
- Manage client portfolios: Oversee and support a portfolio of Treasury Management clients, ensuring effective use of treasury services and strong ongoing relationships.
- Analyze financial activity: Review client account activity and cash flow patterns to identify opportunities for improved liquidity management and operational efficiency.
- Conduct portfolio reviews: Evaluate treasury product utilization, service effectiveness, and client satisfaction through periodic portfolio analysis.
- Support relationship teams: Partner with Treasury Management Officers and Commercial Relationship Managers to deliver consultative treasury solutions.
- Participate in client discussions: Join client meetings to review treasury services, discuss account performance, and provide insights on cash management practices.
- Prepare portfolio reporting: Develop reports and analysis to support client relationship management and strategic decision-making.
- Identify growth opportunities: Recommend additional treasury services that deepen relationships and increase product utilization.
- Implement treasury solutions: Assist with implementation and optimization of treasury services including ACH origination, remote deposit capture (RDC), positive pay, online banking, and payment solutions.
- Support client onboarding: Help onboard new treasury clients by coordinating documentation, system setup, and client training.
- Resolve service issues: Troubleshoot operational challenges and coordinate with internal teams to resolve client service concerns.
- Collaborate across teams: Work with Treasury, Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver coordinated client solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in banking, treasury management, or commercial banking support.
- Working knowledge of treasury management services such as ACH, remote deposit capture, business online banking, and payment solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to interpret financial data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and treasury management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners and support client-focused solutions.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
- Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
