Maintenance Technician
Location: Danville, IL (On-Site)
Status: Full-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt

What You’ll Do
- Maintain Exterior Grounds: Keep bank locations clean by removing trash and debris, cleaning sidewalks, and power washing.
- Care for Landscaping: Mow, trim, mulch, edge, and water lawns, shrubs, and flower beds to present a polished, professional appearance.
- Remove Snow & Ice: Clear walkways and parking lots during inclement weather to ensure safety for customers and associates.
- Perform Light Maintenance: Change light bulbs, replace HVAC filters, and complete minor upkeep tasks to ensure facility functionality.
- Organize Storage Areas: Maintain clean and orderly vaults and storage spaces used for document retention.
- Support Facility Needs: Assist with general maintenance projects and respond to other facility-related requests as needed.
- Collaborate with Teams: Respond to internal requests and support banking center staff by addressing facility issues promptly and professionally.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Familiarity with basic landscaping and maintenance equipment.
- Strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights when required.
- Experience operating basic maintenance and landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, snow blowers, etc.).
- Ability to commute to multiple work locations within driving distance.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
- Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
