What You’ll Do
- Digitize important records: Scan loan and operational documents into the Bank's document imaging system.
- Ensure image quality: Review scanned documents for accuracy, clarity, and completeness before finalizing records.
- Process daily workloads: Print reports and organize documents according to established departmental procedures.
- Maintain documentation: Complete production logs and other required tracking documentation.
- Manage document retention: Prepare physical documents for secure storage or destruction in accordance with Bank policies.
- Support team operations: Assist with additional departmental projects and responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using computers and standard business software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet production deadlines
- Ability to accurately review documents for quality and completeness
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and Bank information
- Ability to remain in a stationary position and operate a computer and scanning equipment for extended periods
- Ability to frequently move, organize, and handle paper files and documents
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
