What You’ll Do
- Prepare Loan Documents: Work closely with loan officers to generate accurate and compliant commercial loan documents.
- Review for Accuracy: Double-check loan packages to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and error-free.
- Maintain Compliance: Follow banking regulations and company policies to mitigate risk and ensure proper documentation.
- Support Loan Officers: Assist with administrative tasks related to loan documentation and approvals.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work with various departments to resolve documentation issues and streamline processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of prior banking experience.
- Knowledge of commercial lending and leasing procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including email and voicemail etiquette.
- Credit administration knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with a positive attitude.
- Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.
- Ability to remain in a sitting position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
- Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
