- Monitor embryo growth and quality at cleavage and blastocyst stages under the guidance of experienced lab leadership
- Perform vitrification and warming of embryos, semen analyses, sperm preparation for IUI, and endocrinology testing as needed
- Receive foundational training in micromanipulation procedures as you grow in the role
- Communicate daily with patients about embryo development and prognosis with clarity and compassion
- Maintain accurate records in eIVF, the Embryology Access database, and SART in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly QC procedures and respond to out-of-range parameters and equipment malfunctions per established protocols
- Support the Laboratory Director with preventative maintenance, data gathering, and research participation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and at least one year of hands-on laboratory experience
- Strong attention to detail and meticulous documentation habits
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and accurate under pressure
- Clear communicator across both patient-facing and clinical team settings
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with FDA, CAP, and SART regulatory standards is a plus
