Essential Responsibilities
The Receptionist will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Corporate Office by welcoming and assisting customers, visitors, and vendors and providing appropriate support.
- Answer phones, direct/route to the appropriate person or department, and takes messages when necessary.
- Perform clerical and office support duties, including distributing mail, accepting deliveries, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with visitor access procedures.
- Assist the Marketing team and other bank departments (e.g. Risk) as needed.
- Complete other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, and
- Two (2) years of experience in a customer service or office/clerical support role.
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) year of experience as a receptionist.
Job Requirements
- Driver’s license required to operate personal vehicle.
- Periodically required to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time and the ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment.
- Able to perform essential responsibilities of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
