Essential Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Corporate Office by welcoming and assisting customers, visitors, and vendors and providing appropriate support.
- Perform clerical and office support duties, including answering calls, distributing mail, accepting deliveries, ordering supplies, ensuring compliance with visitor access procedures, and overseeing the Community Room.
- Support various marketing operations, including responding to Google Reviews, monitoring social media, overseeing website leads and links, tracking inventory and supplies, and assisting with forms and other collateral maintenance.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, and
- Two (2) years of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing-related role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business administration, digital media, or similar studies.
Job Requirements
- Driver’s license required to operate personal vehicle.
- Periodically required to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time and the ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment.
- Able to perform essential responsibilities of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
