Program Overview Our Summer Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments within the bank. Interns will rotate through key areas such as Retail Banking, Lending, Information Technology, Accounting, and Insurance, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how a financial institution operates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist team members with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects in assigned departments
- Shadow professionals in different roles to gain insight into banking operations
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science or a related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Interest in pursuing a career in banking or financial services
